This is the barber shop that you've been looking for. It's place is a throw back to a classic men's barber shop for men without the nonsense. Where you can show up when it's convenient for you without having to schedule an appointment weeks ahead of time. The crew here is inviting, talented, and absolutely hilarious. The pricing is just right, and they will get you looking like a million bucks in under 30 minutes.

I’ve been a customer of Salvatore’s barbershop in Oakville, Connecticut for many years. I totally forgot the barbershop closes at 3 PM. I was greeted at the door by Terry, who knows me by Face stating that they were closed for the day. Terry said to me if I needed a haircut she could take me as the very last customer. I appreciate that very much as I needed A haircut. She greeted me with a smile and we had a great conversation throughout the haircut. Terry concentrated on the haircut that I was looking for and it came out great looking. I appreciate the Courtesy and politeness and professionalism That Terry gave me. Again, thank you Terry for a job well done.

This is the best Barber shop in the world! Used to be anxious about getting my hair cut. Now I can't wait to visit Sal's! Never ever had a bad cut by anyone there. Every Barber is world class. The price is unbeatable for what you get. Perfect cut every time, hot shave, straight razor. The staff is amazing, will learn your name quick and greet you every time you go. When you're there they treat you like family.

My 1st time getting my hair cut and my beard trimmed, and I could not be happier. Mark was excellent and made me feel very comfortable as it was the 1st time getting my hair cut by someone in over 35 years. The shop was very clean and a great place for pleasant conversation. I'm looking forward to going back. I definitely recommend checking this shop out. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again for the great haircut.

When you wear a flattop it can be challenging to find a great barber who cuts it precisely. Mark came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He is a master craftsman. He is also extraordinarily personable! Wish I lived closer to be able to sit in his chair weekly. Can’t wait to be back in CT later in the year. Guaranteed Salvatore’s will be top of my list of places to go.
